The recessed double eye shower is designed for simultaneous rinsing of eyes and face and can be built into the wall to save space. The cabinet door activates the eye wash and captures the water during use. Equipped with easy-clean spray heads, it effectively reduces limescale build-up, ensuring optimal performance and longer product lifespan. The integrated dust caps tightly seal the spray heads, preventing dust and particles from entering. Once opened during use, the dust caps stay in position, allowing uninterrupted rinsing. To ensure a legionella-safe installation, the unit features a built-in self-draining device with a non-return valve, which prevents stagnant water and risk of legionella or other non-hygienic particles. Please observe that legionella prevention can only be obtained if the emergency shower installation has been correctly designed and is implemented according to standard procedure.
The eye shower is constructed in compliance with EN15154 and ANSI Z358.1 standards, ensuring perfect spray pattern, full safety and reliability. The shower can be easily connected to a BROEN-LAB TMV (Thermostatic Mixing Valve) to ensure a consistent water temperature of 22°C. The built-in FLOWFIX regulates water flow to 12 litres/minute for consistent performance.
The unit includes signage in accordance with ISO 3864-1 to clearly mark the position of the shower. Constructed from Stainless Steel with chemical-resistant BROEN-LAB Polycoat, it is optimized for use in a variety of environments.
