At COBIS, start-ups and established companies within life science can rent state-of-the-art office and laboratory facilities and engage in fruitful collaborations.

As a modern lab hotel, COBIS had to be built for ever-changing demands. Teams move in, work for a while, and then leave again when their projects are completed.
In order to accommodate the wide range of needs, COBIS wanted to construct the laboratories to be as flexible as possible, while maintaining the highest level of safety and durability.
BROEN-LAB Quick Connect
In this environment, BROEN-LAB’s Quick Connect System was the perfect solution. The Quick Connect concept challenges the traditional idea that only fixed installations are safe and reliable. Applying ingenuity, experience and top class materials, BROEN-LAB has succeeded in developing a ground-breaking concept, which brings much-needed flexibility into the lab and stands unrivalled in the market. Once the Quick Connect base units are installed, a wide range of accessories such as regulators and flow meters can be connected in seconds – and later easily replaced with other accessories as needed. In fact, complete modules and even the entire solution can be mounted, dismounted and moved as needs change.This is true flexibility and what constitutes a genuine “dance floor lab”.
